Randy O’Dell, broker/owner of Shin Oak Realty has been active in the Central Texas Real Estate market for 35+ years. Prior to opening his office in Liberty Hill in the mid-90′s, Randy was broker/owner of a Real Estate firm in the North Austin area. He and his wife Sharon were raising their family in Liberty Hill and with 4 teenagers, Randy felt the need to be closer to home, and therefore decided to move his Real Estate business to focus in the Liberty Hill area. Randy and his wife enjoy traveling and both are active members of the Liberty Hill United Methodist Church. They have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
Amy ‘Suzy’ Vaughan Bates is a originally a retired Education Professional. Feeling the need to fill her time after her retirement, she decided to join Shin Oak Realty right after the doors were opened in Liberty Hill. Suzy is an active and knowledgeable lifelong member of the Liberty Hill Community. If you are looking to expand your knowledge of the Liberty Hill area – Suzy is the lady to talk to!

Candice O’Dell has been in Real Estate for 6+ years and really enjoys the flexibility it affords her while raising a family. Candice currently holds her GRI and e-Pro designations. She is also working towards completing her CRS designation as well as her Broker’s License. Candice is very involved with the community, currently sitting on the Liberty Hill Youth Football Cheer board of directors, LIberty Hill United Methodist Church Administrative Council as well as the acting Liberty Hill Community Food Bank director. She and her husband Charlie have 3 beautiful children that attend school in Liberty Hill ISD. Bradley ‘BJ’ O’Dell, ABR, GRI, BPO could be considered a jack of all trades in the Real Estate industry. He has been a licensed Real Estate since 2007 as well as a custom home builder and licensed electrician. BJ owns Bradley J. O’Dell Construction has built multiple custom homes in the Liberty Hill. He can either provide a prospective spec home plan that he has previously built or assist you with finding an archetict to design the custom home of your dreams. There are also lots of plans that have already been designed that he can assist you in finding, if designing a custom floor plan is not what you are interested in doing. BJ is knowledeable in all aspets of real estate, including ranch land, lot sales, commercial, foreclosures, as well as residential sales and leasing.
